Stalak Industries Limited (SIL) is a microfinance institution, committed to bringing financial services closer to the low income segment of the society. We aim to empower individuals within this community by providing financial services such as micro-loans, child support, rental assistance to those in need. Our mission is to help the bottom of the pyramid population in Nigeria build assets, create jobs and raise their standard of living.

SIL’s organisational structure is intended to encourage staff members to be involved in all aspects of project work, from conception to proposal writing, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and assessment, and to work effectively as a team to achieve our organisational objectives. SIL also believes in constant in-house and professional training for staff in areas applicable to its work, constantly developing staff skills and abilities.

SIL was incorporated in Nov 1994 and began as a private liability company in June, 1999. In 2006, SIL, commenced thrift collection. Following a highly successful thrift collection, SIL was listed in Nigeria’s list of companies for thrift collection in 2009. In 2013, SIL opened a new branch at pen cinema to help meet the needs of the wide market. In 2013, SIL partnered with First Bank Nigeria and other multi-national companies to expand the business profile. Today, SIL is respected for its excellence service delivery, driven by innovation and operating on the most advanced thrift technology.

SIL is registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission and its accounts are independently audited.
